Complex designs and gradients
Ideal for photographic visuals, colour gradients or detailed illustrations that screen printing cannot reproduce with the same fidelity.
Digital textile printing is the most precise personalisation technique for reproducing complex designs, gradients or photographs, with a finish quality that traditional screen printing cannot match on short runs.
At Sabetrend, we apply direct digital printing on t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, caps and tote bags, using OEKO-TEX certified water-based inks and CMYK colour reference for a faithful reproduction of every design.
We produce from a single unit up to medium runs, with a validated sample before the final production.
Ideal for photographic visuals, colour gradients or detailed illustrations that screen printing cannot reproduce with the same fidelity.
No high production minimum: perfect for trials, samples or one-off personalised orders.
Water-based inks with OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certification, free from substances harmful to the skin or the environment.
We apply digital printing on a wide variety of garments:
– Cotton t-shirts and polos
– Sweatshirts and hoodies
– Caps
– Tote bags and fabric bags
– Cotton and recycled-fibre textiles
Our direct digital printing process on fabric offers the best finish on the market for short runs, with CMYK colour reference and quality control on every sample before final production.
There is no technique that is better than another in absolute terms: each has its own ground. Digital textile printing wins when the design has gradients, many colours or photographic detail, and when the volume is low (from 1 to a few dozen units). Screen printing is more cost-effective on large runs with flat colours. Custom embroidery brings a premium finish and superior durability, ideal for uniforms and high-end items.

What is digital textile printing?
It is a personalisation technique that prints the design directly onto the garment by inkjet, without needing to create screens or moulds beforehand. It reproduces complex designs, gradients and photographs with great colour accuracy, using the CMYK reference.
On which garments and materials can it be applied?
We work with digital printing on t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, caps and tote bags, mainly in cotton and recycled fibres. Ask us if your project uses another type of fabric.
What is the minimum order quantity in digital printing?
None: we can personalise from a single unit, which makes digital printing the ideal technique for samples, trials or one-off personalised orders.
Digital textile printing vs. screen printing: what is the difference?
Digital printing reproduces complex designs and gradients with great fidelity, and is cost-effective from 1 unit. Screen printing, on the other hand, is more economical on large runs with flat colours, but requires a higher production minimum. We choose the technique according to your design and your volume.
Are digital textile printing inks eco-friendly?
Yes. We use water-based inks with OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certification, which guarantees the absence of substances harmful to health and the environment.
How much does digital textile printing cost?
The price depends on the garment, the size of the design and the quantity. Ask us for a personalised quote and we’ll reply with a proposal tailored to your project.
